- Overnight driveway parking exceptions may be submitted on this website by completing the Parking Exception Form under ‘Documents’ – ‘Parking Exception.’ Please get in touch with Lia Peahu, Community Manager, with any questions on parking exceptions.
- All inquiries related to exterior changes (painting, window or garage door replacement, granite, landscape changes) must go through the Troon North Association architectural process. Please contact the Troon North Association management team for information on the submittal process, forms, etc.
Candlewood has a few architectural exceptions, including a Paint Policy which may be found under the Documents tab. Candlewood requires a refundable architectural deposit, separate from Troon North. The Architectural Deposit Schedule may be found under the Documents tab. Checks for architectural deposits should be made out to Candlewood Estates and mailed directly to Cornerstone Properties' office address listed below.

Troon North property owners are extended a reduced greens fee at Troon North Golf Club. Please get in touch with Troon North Golf Club directly at 480-585-5300.
As a member of the Troon North Association, you will have access to the four-acre Community Park. The park features tennis courts, pickleball courts, ramadas, a tot lot, and a turfed play area for other outdoor activities. A key fob is needed to access certain park facilities.
